Yes, we can help. Family mediation assists parents in making informed decisions about their children and finances during difficult times. Our services help navigate high emotions and ensure well-being for all involved, especially children.

What happens after you book a free consultation?

One of our mediation professionals will contact you to discuss your situation, explain your options, and detail how we can help. If you choose to proceed, your mediator will contact the other party to arrange pre-mediation sessions.

What is a pre-mediation session?

Pre-mediation sessions are separate meetings held with each party. These sessions gather necessary information, clarify desired outcomes, and improve communication, especially when emotions are running high, paving the way for effective mediation.

What happens in the mediation service?

Mediation offers a safe and supported environment to discuss your situation. We provide different types of mediation to suit varying circumstances, including joint sessions (ideally) or alternatives if needed.

How is Private Mediation qualified to help you?

We are accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) and authorized by the Attorney General's department to issue Section 60I certificates, which are legally enforceable. We also facilitate legally assisted mediations, ensuring a balanced process where both parties are represented or neither are. We prioritize the well-being of children and support parents in creating agreements about their children and finances in a safe environment.
